Could this be the start of an ingestion disorder?
Over the past month or two I have gotten really nut about what I eat, and how much I exercise. I grain bad about everything that I get through, so I usually only eat close to once a day. I usually weigh atleast twice a day.. and I run on the egg-shaped for 30 minutes, and then do the treadmill, but I feel similar to its not enough. And then when I travel by a mirror I obsess about whether I look fatter afterwards I did the last time. I don't want to be like this at adjectives, but I can't help it! Im really worried, do you think this is desperate?
