Answers: It'll probably be ok. If you look up information about vomiting up the pill, it's usually only a concern if you vomit inwardly 4 hours of taking the pill. (I think it does depend on the type, but most of them should be absorbed by after.) So if you took it yesterday at 1pm and didn't vomit until the next morning, that'll be what 20 hours or something so you should be fine.
If you vomit this afternoon though after taking your 1pm pill, that could be a concern.

Considering that you've have at least twelve hours since you took the pill, it will still work at the 99 per cent effectiveness of the pill. depends on the kindly of pill..
