Could it be a hernia?

About a year ago, I stepped off a dry creek bank backwards and thought I have a footing. I ended up stepping down about 3 ft. Within an hour, I couldn't just about walk because my leg/hip/abdominal area hurt so fruitless. I don't have insurance so I never went to the docter. Now everytime I pocket too big of a step, I get a lot of cramp. Last night I went to corner a ball and stepped out just a bit too far and today I enjoy had severe pains in my hip/abdominal nouns only on the left side. Any thinking on what it could be? Does it sound like a hernia?
I construe I'm gonna try to see the doc this week.
When sitting, I can't lean to the left side at all because it's really hurting!
Thanks!

Period Question?

You've probably strained or injured something, but it doesn't sound like a hernia. A hernia usually produces some sort of swelling (unless it's impressively small), and you can sometimes feel something shifting inside from time to time. The pain from a hernia (if any) is predictable to be more localized as well. In any case, your doctor can check you for a hernia incredibly quickly.

A woman see her menses on the 19th May and finishes on the 24th May, which day/days should she ovulate/fertile

it sounds like a hernia. budge to a free clinic and be checked out, if you dont have insurance.
