im 18, ive tried loads of different methods ranging from , the pill, the implant and the depo injection. due to me benn a smoker , severely slim(weight&height) the doctor has told me these mthods arnt suitable as there furnish me mood sings and a very bad bad feeling. the doctor has said the only alternative that is really left is the coil or a different pill . which i dont close to the idea of been so infantile, has any other women got experienced the coil , and what re your opinion of what i should do?

Ask your doctor for the Mirena IUD (coil) excellent form of contraception but it takes a few months to settle down so you will have to be forgiving and give it a chance. Other than that the mini pill ask GP to explain both kind of contraception for you. Good Luck
