not often but sometimes my poops has resembling red spotsor when i wipe it and microscopic red specks. I went to the docs for yeast infection ( this wasnt happening the first time)and she said i be fine and took two urine samples. ( i went twice once and go a month later and she did again.) She said i looked perfectly athletic and i shouldnt worry.

Anyone expirence this aweek b4 their period?
I dont drink that much marine? Could this be constipation.
