NO! Do not use two tampons at once. For one thing, when inserted properly, a tampon is supposed to be almost flush w/ the cervix, to capture the flow. Putting two in could possibly push the first one up further than it needs to be. Trust me, you don't want to run to the emergency room b/c you've gotten a tampon stuck where you can't get it out! If starchy flow is a problem, use a tampon designed for heavy flow (usually marketed as "Plus").
