What are signs of an weak liver?

I am concerned that my liver may be unhealthy because I eat economically and exercise an hour and a half 3 times a week, but can't seem to lose any freight or even lean up; my clothes seem to be getting tighter, even after 8 weeks of a good workout routine and ingestion approx. 1500 cal/day.

I am also really tired all the time; sometimes I feel close to I am crashing and just can't stop yawning.

Could this be tied to my liver? Are these early signs of becoming diabetic?

It could be a lot of things, but I don't think I'd be jump straight to the liver as the culprit. For one thing, jaundice (when your skin turns yellow) is the classic sign of a bad liver and it's pretty difficult to miss.

It's more potential you have some type of metabolic problem. Actually, I've had a massively similar problem for years as a result of a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which later turned into diabetes. These are possibilities for you as economically. Or there's also something referred to as metabolic syndrome, which can cause the same problems.

I know it can be frustrating. One undemanding tip off for you is to change your diet. You may be consumption only 1500 calories, but diabetics are very sensitive to sugars and carbohydrates (that turn into sugars.) I enjoy no idea whether there are associates for whom a low-carb diet may be dangerous, so you may want to check with a doctor back you try one.

Discoloration within a certian nouns...?

I'd be more concerned about your thyroid given the weight gain and fatigue. See your primary contemplation physician about this and be sure to ask him or her to check your thyroid level. Fatigue can walk with liver problems, but there are repeatedly other symptoms like dark urine, jaundice (yellowing of skin and membranes), nausea, and throbbing (sometimes referred to the shoulders). A couple of blood tests can check for both diabetes and thyroid dysfunction and there could be other things your doctor requirements to check. You'll probably need to fast for the blood sugar tryout. If it is thyroid, there is medication for it. And lastly, if you're sexually active you could be pregnant. Every woman I know who's be preggers has complained of being really tired precipitate on.
Good luck!

For Girls...?

It could be a liver problem, but not necessarily. Lots of people with liver problems suffer jaundice, which is a yellowing of the skin due to elevated belerubin levels. While being tired is a sign of diabetes, within are lots of other symptoms. Extreme thirst, frequent urination, night sweats, headaches, moodiness are freshly some of them. You really need to consult a doctor to find out more information through a blood test or a urine check.

Due to Hypothyroidism, I am taking a totally low amount of levothyroxine.?
