okay so i just started using tampons yesterday and then i get the worst cramps of my like yesterday too so i took out the tampon and put on a pad (which i dislike!) and now today i'm 'using pads and i enjoy no cramps so could that tampons givin me cramps so bad? cuz i'm serious i could move yesterday and i couldnt even go call round my bro in the hsopital

Answers:    First of all i significantly doubt its TSS (toxic shock syndrome) unless you have had the tampon contained by for a long period of time. And to answer your question.. YES! Tampons can increase cramping affliction but if you usually have no cramps at all consequently it shouldn't make a difference if you use a tampon or pad. You should use a wipe on you beginning heavy days.. consequently use a tampon for your lighter days..
I think it's just a coincidence. And probably psychological. Sometimes having anything inside you when you're in torment makes you feel worse. they shouldnt engender it worse, you could be having symptoms of mild tss(toxic shock syndrome), stick with pad, as much as you hate them, your body is telling you to not wear tampons.
they mighta made it for a while worse...but not to wear u couldnt move! Pads jus let the blood flow more so ur cramps arent gonna be as bad..if u even hold any!
