Im not worried about it all.. but im freshly wondering
Answers: It could be Polycystic Ovary Disorder. That can give a lot of symptoms as you describe. It's deeply when the ovary tries to release an egg and gets stuck, the brain sends out hormones to trigger its release and the body says, Oh I must be pregnant cos I didn't grasp a period, and so the cycle continues.
I think the belly button piece is just coincidental.
Go back to the doctor and really push the symptoms you own and mention the P.O.D and that may actually kick their brain into thinking differently!.
You entail to talk to you Mother! Are you eating properly? Perhaps you enjoy a hormone imbalance, not unusual at your age. It can take years for period to regulate.
You could have anaemia, this is when your iron levels acquire too low, this can make you very tired.
The belly button item, not sure but it doesn't sound serious or you would have have an immediate appointment.
Best to check with your Mother or enjoy a chat to an older sister or a good friend. I hope you perceive better soon.

You do have a lot of pregnancy symptoms and as to be precise not possible it does indicate a hormonal problem. You really need to see your GP in the region of these symptoms and then have some blood test to try to determine the cause.
Sorry cant be of more help, hope everything works out for you. You should be asking your doctor adjectives this questions.
