Answers:    Oral contraceptives may increase your risk of some types of cancer, including breast, cervical, and liver cancer. There are also some more instantaneous potential risks and side effects that you should be aware of when deciding to go on the pill. You should chitchat with your mom (since it doesn't seem resembling she is against you using birth control) and with your doctor to help you desire whats the best choice for you, because no one method of birth control is right for everyone. Remember that condoms are the only method that will protect you from stds and not in recent times pregnancy..
There are a lot of side effects caused by birth control. Increases you hit and miss for cancer, stroke, every hormone related problem you can think of. The list is long and the younger you start the pill, the longer you will most plausible be on it, will increase these chances.
You didn't give your age, but if you have to ask your Mom you are under 18. Wait until you are older. Your body is still developing & you don't want to make the addition of extra health problems to you life.
Listen to your Mom. Don't freshly think about yourself in a minute, think about the you contained by 10, 15, 20 years. You want to be healthy, maybe enjoy children in the future. .
I'm unsure if in attendance are any side effects that will affect you later in vivacity, but I was on it for almost 3 years and nothing have happened to me yet. I also own a feeling that if there be some awful side effects down the road, then they would have stopped prescribing it. Birth control pills are not by any mechanism a new thing, and own been around for at least 20 years. I hold never heard of any woman having serious side effects, but I would ask the doctor. By the instrument, you do not need your mothers permission to attain on birth control. I'm not saying hide it from her, but I am suggesting that you do not requirement parental consent to be prescribed birth control. If possible you can go to Planned Parenthood and they can prescribe it for you, or even your regular doctor. Doctors are bound by a privacy clause that they can not tell anyone what you are taking or why you come to see them, even your parents. I would suggest talking to your mother about it again while your doctor is nearby. The doc can give her all the facts and than I don`t know she will change her mind. I commend you for taking control of your body. NO! BC pills are perfectly not detrimental after you go off of them. Depo the shot then again is not. It can cause serious long term effects. You can be put on them lacking asking your mother..
yes your mom right
heart problem
strokes
high blood pressure, weight prob
copious of these are blame on birth control pill , if your are on them to long
