Yes, but -never- a pad. They are close to diapers, they absorb water and look kinda impossible. I just use a tampon for all types of swimming. I've have no problem with it. =)

You can't wear a pad within the any kind of water! Just wear a tampon. I don't devise it maters what kinda water it is.

yes you can go swimming and trust me from experiences use a tampon. A few days ago I wore my bikini near a pad and someone pushed me into the pool and poof when the pad. VERY EMBARRASSING
