I came off the pill on 21st June, have light period for few days after that. I hold since been waiting for my next length. It is now 7th August so i would have thought it would be here by very soon.

I know coming off the pill messes your periods more or less but before i went on the pill my period were always on the dot...never been late ever in the past. I was on the pill for 3 years straight before i come off so is it just my body getting used to mortal off. Could i wait months past my period comes? anyone has similar experiences?

Answers:    I go through the same thing. It took months up to that time my periods were put money on to normal. They slowly came support to normal. At first it was purely spotting a little here and there but beside every month that went by it got more commonplace. Now I am regular again. It took about six months for me but from asking around I found out everyone is different. Just give it some time. And if you are still not comfortable near how things are going I would go see my ob/gyn.
