Back cramp and its complications...counsel or concept
ive had problems with my backbone for a year now... i went to the chiropractor and i have 14 pinched nerves. those are fixed. but lately ive been getting a worse pain different from pinched nerves..its fruitless inflammation...from what i don't know...if i just move a certain course it gets inflamed so bad to the point where on earth i cant move...go to the bathroom...get out of bed..or move my pelvis.
i be put on toradol ..anti inflammatory and its the strongest one out there..short term use...5 days max. or it destroys your guts. it works wonders! but in a minute I'm getting abdominal pain.
i am over weight...probably 90lbs...ive already lost 55lbs until this problem. doctors want me to try to lose cargo ...but i don't understand how i can do that if i cant move.and to move i have to drug myself up and wreck my stomach. ive have stomach problems in the past. i enjoy been on an anti-acid pill for years. i take the pills near full meals.
so honestly..how on earth am i supposed to lose cargo when i don't work and i am very limited on what i can do. everything i do seem to irritate my lower back. they are saying lower power-driven back pain...i am planned for an mri and i had an x ray ...come back normal..i have blood work and all it showed was elevated inflammation.
ive already cut rear legs my eating to about 1500 calories a daylight because I'm not doing much. losing weight.to make put money on pain get better..i lost 55lbs and my posterior pain got worse. any philosophy! i have a treadmil and i do try to go for slower walk when its not that bad. i also have an appointment to try to find a more long term safer anti inflamatory medication...advil...ibprophen, tylenol...even t 3's dont touch it. im not a fan of asprin...and i am going to be going to college soon and i cant be adjectives drowsy from being all druged up.
pleaseeee relief...
Answers: My advice is to continue controlling the diet, be in motion for the the regular slow walks and use a recumbent exercise cycle for a little more exercise at home. The recumbent cycle is resembling a cross between the static cycle and a chair.
But before that get hold of advice about my suggestion from your chiropractor or the physician.
Exercise on the recumbent cycle may not affect your hindmost pain.
I am a medical doctor.
