Ok I am recently using pads and regard they are totaly gross and a mess . Some of my friends said I should try tampons they are cleaner . What do you think ??

Don't listen to that bird, while tampons stop the blood from leaving your body they don't "back it up" close to a plug. Tampons absorb the blood the same mode as a pad they just do it inside your body to some extent than outside. Tampons are less messy and gross than pads but you should still use panty liner with them because they can leak and also it's other a good idea to check the string not that I've ever hear of one coming off or anything but still lol...

No, they have be related to toxic shock syndrome as well as many bacterial problems. Think going on for it, you are stopping the natural flow and therefore protection up blood that needs to leave your body, so the blood stays within your system far longer than it should. It might be cleaner in some ways but there any various people who stopped using them for the health reason.
