Am I overweight ? no pix, sorry : ( ?
Answers: Welcome to the world of overly processed foods, pollution, stress, and diet sodas...it seems like it's complicated to make the right choices without breaking the mound. I have a friend that lost over 100 pound by changing minor things surrounded by her life. Instead of drinking sodas or diet sodas, she switched to water (which can savour good by adding packet of crystal light to go, or other packet made for water). She also reduced her meals. Instead of ordering a big mac combo from McDonald's, she ordered a small cheeseburger lunchtime. She ate healthier snacks throughout the day and have light dinners. The water really fill you up and also fiber and/or protein supplements really helped curve cravings. It's mind over matter (literally). Take 10-20 minute walk throughout the day, use the stairs whenever you can. Small changes can create great change in your body. It does take dedication though, but you can do it..
You aren't obese, but you aren't at a wholesome weight either. Your BMI is 25.2, so you are simply the slightest bit overweight. Start eating healthier and exercising more habitually, and you will be fine. Don't feel bad something like it because you are almost at a healthy weight and you are not round, but if you don't do something now then you may close up overweight.
Hope this helps hunn! :) Dont feel so impossible, just get regular exersise, drink right and youll go down to the normal cargo. Im a little overweight too but ive allready lost 5 pounds in a month by drinking right and exersising!
Hope you can do it!.
You are considered a little (very little) overweight. Check for your self here http://www.weight-loss-surgery-or-weight...
You should just cut support on 200 to 300 calories a day, and exercise regularly
Hope this helps..
According to the bmi index you're at 25.2. To be contained by a normal range though, you'd singular need to lose 1 kilo, so you're not horridly obese, but a healthy diet and exercise never hurt. :) Good luck! can u convert ur loftiness?? I'm in america!
