Well, Im 12 and I don't have breasts yet (my mom be 16 when she got her period) and I noticed these small bumps... almoost approaching ball type things on my chest were my breasts should be. theyre avout the size of a penny I don`t know a little smaller. does that mean that I'm starting to grow breasts?? OH and they hurt when i touch them... and they of late appeared like a month ago maybe 2 mos.
