Am I adjectives myself?
I in recent times finished eating a bowl of ramen+steamed vegetables, and I know that my belly is full, but I still feel hungry as if I haven't eat since this morning, when I had a bowl of apple jacks and soy milk. Could it be the same principle at work here? Should I munch through something else? What should I eat to help it? I'm not a lacto-vegetarian either, by the way; it only just so happens that this is what's in my fridge/cabinet.
Answers: Give yourself 20 minutes until that time you eat again.It takes your brain that long to register that you are full.If your still hungry,hold a piece of fruit.How big is your portion you ate?You might not have had adequate.Doesn't sound like your adjectives yourself.
Did you have anything for lunch,or a snack? If you didn't,that could be why you still feel hungry.Don't skip meal.It will make you eat more after that.
