Am I adjectives myself?

I notice that I've been ingestion a lot of carbs, and not so much protein. I was watching survivor man on the Discovery Channel only now, and the guy said something about meat starvation, and how if you munch through nothing but meat, after awhile, you'll start to get protein poisoning. But what really stuck out to me be that you'll eat a belly full of meat, but still feel hungry, as if you hadn't eaten anything at all.

I in recent times finished eating a bowl of ramen+steamed vegetables, and I know that my belly is full, but I still feel hungry as if I haven't eat since this morning, when I had a bowl of apple jacks and soy milk. Could it be the same principle at work here? Should I munch through something else? What should I eat to help it? I'm not a lacto-vegetarian either, by the way; it only just so happens that this is what's in my fridge/cabinet.

Give yourself 20 minutes until that time you eat again.It takes your brain that long to register that you are full.If your still hungry,hold a piece of fruit.How big is your portion you ate?You might not have had adequate.Doesn't sound like your adjectives yourself.
Did you have anything for lunch,or a snack? If you didn't,that could be why you still feel hungry.Don't skip meal.It will make you eat more after that.
