Answers: around 3 weeks to be bushy again.
It really depends on your body. Your first time, it shouldn't grow back that soon. But the more you shave south of the boarder, the quicker it grows back down there. So you should refer to a professional waxer to wax it off there. It may hurt the first time, but afterwards, it doesn't anymore. Plus, it doesn't grow back thick and fast, but slow and thin. you'll get bumps after about 2 days
then small hairs after about 3-4
then they slowly get longer and longer.
uhh not as quickly as your legs but it depends what you mean by grow back to likea bush prob a few weeks well to get the pricklies it take about days or so.. but to be completely full on hair.. it take about to weeks.

yeah about 2-3 weeks. It's the itchy stage I hate worse! a couple of weeks of prickly hairs and all will be well
