Is it ordinary for one boob to be one cup bigger than the other?

Well, it may depend on what birth control you are on. If your doctor told you that you wouldn't hold periods due to birth control, I'm going to assume it was depo provera or something approaching it?

If so, it could very well be everyday to have abnormal spotting for some time.it have different effects on different people.

If there is a uncertainty that you could be pregnant, I'd buy a home pregnancy test just to be undisruptive. Like you said, it could also be due to a significant change in diet or exercise.

And finally, it wouldn't hurt to send for your doctor...You could probably ask one of the nurses on the phone whether it is something you should see the doctor about.
