A grill something like mood swings?

Hi! I am usually a very optimistic and beaming person, but I just get first period 3 weeks ago, and I am already having mood swings! I own had a little unhappiness mood swing for 3 days, and it is still here a bit! I really do try to control it, and I feel a bit better now, but how do I return with them to stop? Is this normal? I am anticipating my next interval on the 15th or 16th, by the way, since my last be on the 18th of July. It feels weird, since I hold no reason to be sad! I am severely fortunate and lucky!

Answers:    That's part of PMS (Pre Mensrtual Stress) Syndrome. Get used to it. It's normal for that to take place every time you start your period.
There are over-the-counter medications available to eat up it. You just have to try them out to see which one works best for you..
I ponder its normal, although i never get mood swings in general, i used to get sort of depressed when i was younger but that's gone sour now, so i understand what you imply by you 'feel sad' maybe its just physiological, subsequent time you get your period don't assume 'oh I'm going to have mood swings' and you might not get them.
