Answers: TSS cause different symptoms: "Symptoms of TSS occur suddenly, usually during or purely after a menstrual period. The more adjectives symptoms include a high hallucination (over 102° F.), vomiting, diarrhea, a sunburn-like rash, and drop surrounded by blood pressure. Muscular aches and pains, headache, sore throat, blood shot eyes, confusion, and peeling of the skin on the palms and soles may also appear. These symptoms are momentous and require prompt medical attention."

The easiest way to avoid TSS is to replace tampons at least possible every 8 hours--but preferably every 4 hours. Routine tampon use usually does not cause abdominal throbbing.
You may have an ovarian cyst.
"Ovarian cysts habitually cause no symptoms; however when symptoms are present, ovarian cysts may effect a dull ache or a sense of fullness or pressure contained by the abdomen. Pain during intercourse and at other times can also indicate the presence of ovarian cysts.
Pain or pressure is cause by a number of factor such as size, bleeding or bursting of a cyst which irritates the abdominal tissues, or torsion (twisting of a cyst) which can block the flow of blood to the cyst.
Other symptoms of ovarian cysts which might occur include delayed, irregular, or unusually stinging periods."

Unusual throbbing or shooting affliction is the most dramatic symptom of endometriosis. Many women who have it enjoy pain when they ovulate (usually around 14 days after their period begin), too.
Go see your gynecologist, and find out what's happening. If you're a short time ago having an unusually bloody period, he/she could abet you cope with that.
Good luck to you.
It sounds close to your just have bad cramping pains, have a chat to your doctor about getting on the pill that helpped me alot! My term is just similar to that and i dont use tampons so dont worry. TSS is occasional.
There are a few things that worked:
hot water bottle, paracetamol, excercise (in the 5 minute break!) and something to distract you.
It will run out in a few days!
it could be tss or you could hold a cyst on your ovary. i'm not a doctor. but you should get some medical attention. thieve care and perfect luck with your vigour no worry its simply cramping. take some miodol or something for it.trust me i know the notion. isnt it the worst..?!?
