When i eat and consequently you know how u get full. Well when i receive full I stop eating but after not even 5 mins later my stomach feel like it 's unfurnished again. Then i get that hungry awareness, i been have it for a while. Has anyone else experience that before? Its so odd. I can eat deeply and be full then adjectives of a sudden get hungry again.
