the first time i started my period be 3 months ago and i want to try out tampons but to scared to ask my mum please minister to

Answers:    Depends on your body type, but probably the smallest size and absorption height to start with. Most young at heart girls have problems near tampons at first, so stick to pads unless you really have need of tampons (for swimming, gymnastics, etc).
Yes, it's embarassing to ask your mother, but your mother, aunt, older sister, etc, are really your best resource right presently. Don't be afraid to ask for the benefit of their experience.

Also, remember to change the tampons repeatedly - don't leave indistinguishable one in for more than 4-5 hours or you can seize Toxic Shock Syndrome.
You should use the lowest absorbency that you need, try out regular ones & if you necessitate more absorbency move up to supers. buy a box of normal or even slims. consequently when you get comfortable or discern it is not enough absorbancy you can move up to super.
You can buy ultra slim ones for culture who havent used them before. own a look in the supermarket or chemist. I used them to instigate with-they dont hurt and you get used to them really at the double. good luckx powerfully start with the small ones
later if you see it fills up in a hurry go to the middle-of-the-road ones
and when its normal and you know move up to super
but thats when its alot cuz it hurts when you lift it out and its dry!
try the tampax ones
there is a box that have all 3 sizes on it!
righteous luck!

Agreed. I was 20 when i finally used them, so don't be worried. It depends on the intensity of the flow. Honestly I enjoy never had to use superior than a regular size. There are some that are made for teens specifically. and try going to www.beinggirl.com. they send you some cool sample. And at that age it can be difficult to seek suggestion from your mom..But i have lived and literary. You can do that or talk to a girl friend. and my fav species is Tampax Pearl. Also you can wear them for up to 8 hours, and if you don't really trust them at first try them with a panty liner for extra protection. They variety them for all types of undies presently. once you see that you are safe, you can shift solo with it. and you seriously can't get the impression them after about 30 mins. kinda give you some freedom when you go to a hose park. No need to be upset. If you are in sports, they might be better for you anyway. But try not to use tampons throughout the together period - switch to pad at night and when at home.

As for size, you should try pale or regular and wear pantiliners when trying these for you may leak. Then you can adjust for flow and your own comfortability. Age doesn't event - the tampons are sized according to how light / moderate / or immense your flow is.

If you usually completely soak a pad every 1-3 hours, you'll entail Super. If you don't need to alter but every 3-4 hours, you can get Reg. But if you don't soak a wad at all, and switch pads for hygiene purposes (can't wear a wad all daylight!) then you can catch the light. Or seize light for the 1st couple of days, regular/super for the middle, and buoyant for the end. They do come surrounded by boxes with somewhat of every size in it! Jst numeral out your flow first - and just ask your mom. The WORST that could begin is she says no.
You should hang about a year or two to try tampons. Just be satisfied next to a napkin for now. i proposal u to use pads tampon have man problems
in insterting it and if u put it over than 4 hour it mar u
also u should ask ur mom to help u
