18... wanting to lose substance.?
I am an 18 year old girl, weigh 210 at 5'4". I would like to weigh around 135 eventually. I am planning on ingestion 500 calories less respectively day to lose 1 lb/week. Would adjectives out diet soda, and walking more cause more than 1lb/week consignment loss?

Answers: Hey! I'm going through the same piece actually... But its different beside everygirl, sometimes if you cut out soda, and fastfood, some people can loose up to 10lbs a week. 1lb a week is..only just dieting at all. I would suggest to start past its sell-by date "training" your body to eat smaller number, and more healthy food, and excercise, try and lose more or less 4lbs a week. Thats healthy. And correct luck! =)
