Since Tuesday I've started noticing that I've be having little white spots showing up on and stale directly in the center of my nipple (not the areola).

They're not pimples or anything..more resembling underneath and visible.

I'm not pregnant (as far as I know...which I hope not), nor am I breast feed - no babies. My breasts have be feeling sore as I'm due for my term any day immediately...

Since I can't find any information online about this and I can't seize in to see my WH doctor until origination of March, any ideas?
