im 83 punds yes i know im skinny but im 14 and i want to be 95 pounds... what foods or stuff orr something i need to chomp through.
btw i eat abundantly but im still 83? HELP?

Eat fruits and vegetables.

When I be young I be really skinny too and I hated it. I tried those milk shakes that body builders use but they a moment ago made me feel sick. I go to my GP and he put me on a drug called Periactin. I did put on a couple of stones but I kept faint. This was nearly 30 years ago so I don't whether the drug is still contained by use. You could ask your doctor.

I do sympathise with you but I know a couple of young-looking girls now who hatred the fact that they are skinny but I cogitate they look fine. Try to eat a athletic balanced diet and appropriate regular exercise to build muscle.
