My scalp hurts when I touch it. It hurts when I move my hair around and sometimes when I touch it. The twinge is localized to the crown of my head. I thought it be because I straightened it so much (with a flat iron) so I chopped it real short (think Halle Berry short) and that didn't fix the problem.

No, I don't use perm or chemicals, and no my hand and feet are not growing at an phenomenal rate.

So..any ideas why my scalp hurts? and what I can do to fix it?
