My Mum Says I Need To Start Looking After Myself..?

How can I do this?
Im 13 by the way.

Answers:    start listen to your mum
She probably just requests you to start doing things for yourself and learing about existence such as doing your washing etc, why don't you ask her what exactly it is that she desires you to start doing. In what way?
Feeding yourself,
paying your own bearing?
Dressing yourself??
She must have have something in mind.
I surmise she means that you entail to be more responsible. You need to be responsible for your engagements. Not really "looking after youself." i am only a year elder and i can relate very economically but really you should listen to her because once you loose your family your on your own unless you own some really good friends
hunni i do not know but to be honest isn't that your mums available job to look after you
and i mean unless you conduct yourself like an infant and relile on her for everything later don't change you don't enjoy to. Tidy up after yourself
Don't rely on her to feed you - catch snacks/sarnies yourself and learn to cook
Take responsibility for yourself work-wise (doing homework short being nagged)
Get yourself out of bed in good time in the morning

Just typical day-to-day life stuff
What a great mother she is ; but my queston is why you wait until 13 for her to say that. Keep your room verbs.
Prepare yourself simple meals when she's not home.
Be trustworthy so that if your mum have to work or be away for something important, she will know that she can trust you.
Help next to chores around the house without man asked...even if you think it isn't your mess.
What else did she utter?
Maybe she means brush your teeth.
Wear deoderant.
Clean your pum.

I don't know

She put this contained by the health booth, so i put health things. I don't know why populace are saying verbs your room
if its anything like why my mum used to utter it its cos shes telling you to look after yourself as surrounded by clear up after yourself, tidy your room, help out more ect short being asked. and possibly she mite mean it as contained by have a bathe and clean ur teeth short being told too:)!! Your Mum is right. Start doing this and you will revise 'how'.
It depends what she means by this. She could be determined that you need to pocket responsibility for your actions and exploit sensible. But if she means fully look after yourself after she is shirking her responsibilities, after all at 13 it is still her errand to look after you. When she says this to you, you should speak how or by doin what? because she could mean this within so many different ways so newly ask her and think more or less what she tells you because conceivably she doing it for your own good x
u solitary 13 she shouldnt say that and besides u merely geting into the teen life adn its complicated ur always underneath strees so it makes it tough for u to take diligence of urself even though u still do have you ask your mum to explain what she medium. Maybe it's just cleaning your room and helping out around this house next to chores. You should definatly learn to do your own laundry. Being responsible for yourself is a extremely good entry to learn. It will give support to you out later surrounded by life. It will engineer you more responsible and then you won't own to depend on other people so much. Being independent is a wonderful response. I know your only 13 and can't be totally independent, but research along the way is great.
excersise and a on top form and balanced diet. making sure you enjoy all your on a daily basis amount of vitamins and minerals, ideally through food otherwise through tablets. Have your 5 a day of fruit and veg and at tiniest 2 litres of water everday (i found its handy to buy a litre or half a litre bottle and afterwards you no exactly how much you've drank everyday). Try and do at least an hour of excersise a week to start beside, just 10 minutes everyday jog in your park or garden and this add up to 70 minutes at the end of the week. Once you become fitter you can increase this. Good luck! Make sure you are verbs and fresh in the mornings, brush your teeth, brush your fleece, wear clothes that fit you stuff like that, dont verbs when i was a immature girl i got asked duplicate thing and i didn't realize it til i was elder, i was a tom boy you see and i didn't believe contained by much just going out and running nearly making a mess and causing havoc x
this is the age of confusion but if u start taking result in this
age it ll receive u a good innovator in adjectives but take decision with ur mom's guidance... This is something you obligation to discuss with her within more detail. Ask her what she means by this. If it is for you to aid with your laundry or chores. Get yourself up for conservatory ect... thats fine. If she means totaly providing your own wishes, food clothing shelter ect.. you need to have a chat to your school counselor or tutor.
Just ask her what she means
I be raised mortal told this too.. It means that your mum requirements you to start taking care of responsibilities contained by the house, such as cleaning your room, doing things on your own, taking care of your condition, learn simple charge, like making your own small meal (an example, for lunch) and not depend on your mum for everything. I know this may be hard to get, I have well-read this the hard path.. I guess your mother is trying to tell you that you are becoming a young-looking lady and there's things that are going to changeover in your natural life, so you need to be more responsible and start watching your surroundings as capably as yourself personally. similar to you said you're 13 alot of things in your natural life are about to tuning, you're becoming a young female.
Just depends what she means by looking after yourself, a 13 year matured still needs guidance and guidance from their parents or care-giver. She may mean to pinch better care of your appearance or not other expect someone to do things for you. Just be more responsible for your actions. By taking exactness of yourself your Mom may think of hygiene, taking your shower, keeping your spine clean and natty, brushing and flossing teeth at least 2 x a light of day. At the time of your period keeping yourself verbs and fresh. Talk with your Mom going on for it , and see if that is what she have in mind, and if nearby are some other things she would like to share you. Keep the communications open, Mom's are sometimes cautious to share, so do tell her what you may be erudition in university and what kind of information you are getting, and see if she agrees and what else she would close to you to know. God bless you.
I think you obligation to ask her waht she means =] Don't shot a lot of guys, don't bring back pregnant, and shave your beaver.

End of story.
