and once i have to run i can only hold it for 5 MAYBE 10 minutes otherwise i'll pee myself.
greatly of times when i laugh really thorny i'll pee a little
when associates scare me i'll pee for a time.
unfortunatly i am a VERY deep sleeper so i never rouse up when i have to shift, so yeah i wet kinda recurrently.
alright so this girl in my class is have a HUGE sleepover in exactly 2 weeks.
me and her aren't the best of friends so i don't surface comfortable telling her.
we're going to be at the park and stuff so we are gonna be at lowest possible 15 minutes from bathrooms.
please help me, i reallllllly want to shift to the sleepover!

Answers: You could start by trying "training" your body to pee at certain times. Try to use the bathroom every hour or 2, even if you don't enjoy to go. Then after a couple of days you could regulation it to a little longer if you want.
You could convey your friend (or her parents) that you normally obligation to take a trip to the bathroom greatly (you can leave the bed-wetting or peeing yourself stories out so your not red.) You could also back extras (sleeping purse, clothes, etc.) some toilet paper for emergency and a jug of marine to clean up so if you do own an accident they don't even hold to know. You could also wear a (period) pad for leak. Planning ahead could save you profoundly of trouble!
You should also talk to your doctor in the region of this, since it could be from a urinary tract infection (or other problems). You should start drinking cranberry juice within the meantime (it helps!)

GOOD LUCK!! it sounds similar to you have a bladder problem..if you hold it too long you might risk for infection...purely tell your parents..hey..can i turn to the doctor about a problem...if they purloin you you could start getting better up to that time the sleepover.but you need a doctor ASAP
aww man that really stinks! possibly as your going to the bathroom try to like stop as your going..if that make sense. it strengthens your muscle to hold your pee in. at lowest thats what someone told me.. so try doing it...tell me if it works!!

Schedule an appointment beside the doctor (right away), you may have overactive bladder. It's treatable. Is this something quality of new or have it always be a problem? If it hasn't always be a problem then possibly you have a urinary tract infection. That can exact those symptoms. In some cases the bladder doesn't mature totally fast and this can also end in the symptoms you speak of. I think you should walk to the Dr. to find out the reasons. You don't want to settlement with this at the sleepover, but you also don't want to treaty with it for the rest of your teen years. Good luck.
P.S.- You could also do Kegels, it's an exercise that can tender you more control "down there." But don't do those exercises while urinating, that can motive you to not empty your bladder and may up your likelihood for an accident. Type the word "Kegels" or possibly it's "Kegals" into yahoo or google search to revise how to do them, and don't worry, nobody will be capable of know when you are doing them.
Well first off, you requirement to report this to your doctor immediatly. You are definetly too young to experience incontinence. Try not to drink any fluids a few hours earlier bedtime or before you progress to the park. Take small sips of water throughout the year and make sure you use the restroom even if you must excuse yourself!
