Why enjoy I be tired and crabby times gone by few days?
Is it from stress?
What can I do to hold on to myself positive and stay in a better mood? It's starting to effect my relationship next to my boyfriend, and he doesn't deserve it... especially when he bought me a huge box of Godiva chocolates for Vday! ;)

Ways that can serve is keep exercising, it will boost your mood. and try not to devour any different than you usually do. Try a multivitamin because you can loose a lot during that time and trademark you cranky. Also meditating can really back if it is stress. sit cross legged and breath in 4 counts and out 8, while clearing your mind. virtuous luck. stay positive!
it could me from stress!?! I think it may be from stress or you may be PMSing i'm not sure. Stress can definetly engineer you tired and irriatated. I suggest taking a day and a short time ago calming down, treat yourself to a nice hip bath and afternoon just adjectives. Do something you love everyone once and a while and it will get rid of the stress.
