I'm 13 and I hold awful cramps. What do I do?
Answers: heating pad, midol. rest and food with iron even iron vitamins. i own bad cramps too and it's because i'm anemic. sermon to your doctor about it. because near me it interferred with conservatory and work.
bring your knees into your chest and take some midol.
also try a hot wet bottle on your lower back or lower belly. Exercise helped me when I be your age. The cramps are just as itchy during the exercising, but when you are done the cramps lessen quite a bit, and mine would budge away completely. It also helped me to enjoy shorter periods. Just sort sure you use a super absorbency pad or tampon while you are working out, which ever you prefer. If you infer you couldn't handle the cramps during exercise, it probably wouldn't be a fitting idea for you, but it worked really powerfully for me.
