I see that many relatives get mood swings because of birth control pills, but I am wondering if anyone have them improve? I get hold of really moody before my term, but feel better after words. I only got a prescription for ortho-tricyclen (for birth control) but very soon I am reading about the side effects and how it make people get the impression depressed and moody. I am afraid to take it if it will spawn me feel worse!

Answers:    It's categorically worth a shot. Everyone reacts differently to the pill. I be on Ortho Tri-Cyclin for 4 years and didn't have appreciable side effects. Same thing near Seasonique now.

If you don't have a feeling better after a couple months on Ortho Tri-Cyclin, go put a bet on to your doctor and explain how you're feeling. A different type of pill next to different hormones (or more or less of them!) might work better for you.

If you hold very severe depression or mood swings, don't try to keep on it out. Go back to the doctor right away.

It does take a while for your body to adjust. When I first go on it I cried all of the time. But it get better.
I still get moody but it's better on the pill.
