Tampons? and swimming?
Thanks for passage.
I am just wondering why inhabitants need to wear tampons within the pool even if our periods stop when we are within the shower or tub? This doesnt make sense to me. When I enjoy my period and stir take a tub, my period stops completely. So, will I know how to swim without any protection?
And... since my term is very severely very muted (like only blood comes out when I stick a Q-tip within there, I know gross) so can I travel without a tampon today? (swimming)
Answers: Periods don't stop when we are contained by the shower or tub, that's a very strange myth that seem to go around profusely of girls, you still bleed just impossible to tell apart as normal within fact a hot tub can cause increased bleeding due to the relaxation on the cervix and uterus, the entity is when you are in the river any blood that leaves your body is essentially diluted by the water so you may not perceive it.
Your period does not stop, it's a biologicaly impossibility, you merely think it does because you can't see the blood departure your body.
You do have to use protection when swimming, a great deal of people use tampons or sponges but these are discouraging for vaginal health and not adjectives that suitable for swimming, menstrual cups are better suited as nothing shows on the outside at adjectives and they don't absorb pool sea. They are also better suited to active girls as they don't do cramps like tampons can and they can be moved out in lacking leaking for up to 12 hours.
There is nought wrong with swimming while on your extent, whether you are on your period or not chlorine can travel into your vagina that can affect bacteria that could head to infection - that risk is no greater when you are on your period.
However near that said if you do use a tampon for swimming they should be changed as soon as you leave the pool as they will hold pool water totalling even more chemicals into your vagina than the tampons do alone.
You could technically go minus anything, hell there are like mad worse things going into pool water when you really give attention to about it, but it's mostly good to use something (advisable not to use tampons if you enjoy a light flow due to greater risks of infection and TSS) for the sake of everyone else and a moment ago in luggage you start to bleed more. Use menstrual cup, softcups, cloth pads, pad pants or belts lower than shorts rather than tampons when you're hurricane lantern.
You certainly don't HAVE to use tampons for swimming.
You can never be too sure. Well I wouldn't suggest it because the cholorine can attain inside you and cause an ifection because you're bleeding. Our period don't stop while we are in wet. We just don't spy it because the it mixes in the sea and we can't tell. I remeber once I took a tub while I was on my time and I saw a spot of blood where it hadn't mixed surrounded by. Its just sanitary to use a tampoon while contained by the pool.
Do what you want, but some of us bleed A LOT MORE THAN THAT.
Warm water other made me bleed more.
I wouldn't. Although chlorine kills germs it's still unhygenic. If you're not worried just about the embarrassment of getting out of the pool and have blood running down your legs, then, no you don't own to wear a tampon to swim.
it stops cuz there's stuff blocking it. as soon as you come out you'll start flooing again. Were one. Unless you wanna be imbressed. Hope it helps.
~teajay23~ I wouldn't destiny it, but that's just me. I enjoy a fear that if a outflow would occur, it would mix next to the chemicals in the pool, creating a scene that everyone would see, especially if I was going to be contained by the pool for very long.
No you necessitate to wear a tampon. You dont have to wear a tampon if you dont want. However, what happen if you want to get out of the sea to sun or for something else?
By the way, you WONT go and get an infection from the pool like others own stated.
It is basically up to you. However, I promise you the elder you get the heavier your time of year will get and you will enjoy to wear a tampon in the pool.
