Answers: I can't diagnose you but it sounds like one problem may be cause the other...
There are many different reason that your period could be so out of whack, so you will enjoy to talk to your doctor going on for that.
Every time you have a extent you lose blood. Losing blood causes you to lose iron (because here is iron in red blood cells). If your iron even is low to begin next to - because you don't get ample in your diet...citizens who don't eat a great deal of red meat often enjoy low iron levels - later having your extent so often could be making you slightly anemic (which in recent times means your iron is low).
Iron help "bind" oxygen to our red blood cells. If you aren't getting satisfactory iron your body has to work harder to operate as a rule because it can't get the amount of oxygen that it desires. This makes you grain tired, dizzy (especially upon standing), and weak. You might grain like you are breathing harder than ordinary or your heart is racing when you haven't done any open-handed of exercise.
My suggestion would be to go to the store and get hold of an iron supplement to take on a day by day basis. Regular iron tablets can gross some people constipated, so the better sympathetic to get is call Slow-Fe (it releases the iron over a longer period of time instead of adjectives at once, which is nicer for your GI tract). It's in a white and pink box surrounded by the vitamin aisle. It also probably wouldn't hurt for you to get a on a daily basis vitamin like Centrum to lug as well.
Hope this help a little. Good luck!
lift iron supplements during your period i would turn to hospital. and get yourself checked out. you could be diabetic. or suffering serious iron fewer
