Answers: Yes, it can be - especially if your mother have the same article.
I had terrifically heavy period and cramps at your age because my mom did.
There are meds you can take for the cramps. You can also use those special heat pads for period called "ThermaCare Heatwraps".
When I be 14 I always used a heat pad because I couldn't cart pills.
You can also have your mom pilfer you to the doctor. The pain can be from a medical condition, close to a previous answerer said.
I just go off of the pill three months ago after person on them for fourteen years and my periods are greatly heavy again the first two days.
I'd parley with your dr. He can lend a hand with the indigestible period entity. I have have it all my time and it totally gets worse as you bring older unless you carry on birth control pills. everybodys different, but i would say that you are fine. it take several years for you period to settle into a routine where on earth you can be ready for it. Unfortunately, it's probably you. My mom and sister both own really heavy period, but my are really light. so . . .
heavy-ness vary with everyone but the backache is something to be concerned about, especially if you are not competent to function at school, work, day after day tasks etc...you may have endometriosis which comparatively common. I hold it as well and birth control help with the weighty flow and pain...but i would speak beside a doctor and ask for suggestions. I'm heavey to:|! And get really discouraging "stomach cramps" But i take this pills to conservatory called "feminex" they do the trick really in good health just help yourself to about 3 or so a time during classes whenever! And drink lots+ lots of water. Also another article is to take a hot river bottle to your bed just to releave the spasm.
If this doesn't work and your still concerned go to you doctor or local surgery:).
My friend get put on this pill it sounds pretty much like your problem and she doesn't give the impression of being to have a problem anymore.
Hope this helpt:| I know whats it close to;(x
have a natter with your doctor. and if they dont sort it out save going back and do not pass up!
for bout 5yrs i had incredibly cloying periods only just like you, and i kept going to the doctors and he kept making me consistency like i be making a fuss over nothing (yes a man, who know nothing of period idiot) i ended up on the strongest possible strain killers and anti inflamitories possible but i be having to double the dose. eventually i moved to london, and the uni doctor i go to see (female and understood properly) put me on the pill and said if i get hold of any pain run ibuprofen or come back. but ive be fine with almost no term at all and intensely slight cramps. so keep going to the docs til its sorted, and self advise seeing a womanly GP too. yes it is normal, everyone is different and some are sweet, like you. try using both tampon/pad. Talk to a doctor also. I would vote you are ok but its always risk-free to make sure. The doctor will probablyalso perscribe you some medication to give somebody a lift to ease your stomach-ache a bit. So, ask your doctor if you could come in for her/him to check you out and see everythings ok. I other say better locked than sorry :-)
good luck
when i started my term at first the flow was deeply very robust. it's not so much anymore. your body is still adjusting to your cycle and it can be vastly heavy or totally light in need warning and be irregular. if it really bothers you, see a doc. wow!! I'm 13 and i'm singular in 7th title!!
