I am have laproscopic surgery subsequent week to remove a dermoid cyst. Help!?

I am 25 years always be healthy never any vigour issues until last year. In March of end year i decided to carry off of birth control pills within Feb. i got sour the pill and i never recieve a period for nearly 4 months. After several pregnancy tests resulting denial they gyno decieded to put me back on birth control to regulate my extent. My periods own since then be somewhat normal. But a few months ago i started getting pelvic headache, swollen stomach. Dr. just told me i own a dermoid cyst on my right ovary thats about an inch. And a fibroid tumor on my uterus. How do they know its a dermoid cyst and not ovarian cancer? Also why arent they removing the fibroid?

Answers:    The composition of a dermoid cyst is different afterwards that of a malignancy. A dermoid cyst is not common, but within women diagnosed with them, they are usually detected during child stance age. Check out the website I posted below. If you would have ovarian cancer you would own presented with other symptoms within addition to the lump.
To answer your other sound out, you should really ask your doctor. However, I would guess they are not removing the fibroid because it is benign and it could cause more harm removing it than leaving it on. If you are trying to hold children the doctor will want to be as minimally invasive to your reproductive organs as possible.
I can't help you...I am not a doctor..
but upright luck though talk to your doctor and moral luck
wow that sound alarming, but I hear it happens to seriously of women! wow!! what a coincidence. i am having laparoscopic surgery tomorrow to explore my right ovary. i have a cyst burst two weeks ago - pelvic pain, abdominal cramp. i have have this pelvic pain for a year. no birth control though. i also own a fibroid tumor on my uterus. the fibroid is apparently nothing to verbs about and is reasonably common (stated by two doctors). it is not a tumor close to we think of when we have an idea that of cancer tumors. these tumors are apparently always benign. they can see it is a cyst through ultra nouns but use laparoscopy to actually see the tissue first appendage. cancer looks different than cyst in ultra nouns or cat scan and that is how they can let somebody know the difference. i always label my doctor's (always get two opinions) explain why, how, and what of everything no concern how long it takes. that is to say what we pay them for - thorough information. biddable luck with your procedure. i hope adjectives turns out well.
Have u have a C125 blood test? That should show for Ovarian Cancer. In the ultrasound they would know how to tell what it is also. They may be waiting to survey the tumor.
