Girls Help Please??!?
I want to try the lower absorbancy ones to start, but the problem is that I have a cloying flow. So I would need the heavier ones, but I've be hearing that you should start beside the smaller ones.
I'm confused?
Answers: The lower absorbency tampons are smaller, so they're easier to insert if it's new to you. But later again, you don't want to be running to the bathroom once every hour to change it.
I'd do a check and try all absorbency level. If you need regular, use regular. If you have need of super, use super - I do. The only problem you might be facing is getting it surrounded by. Starting with a round tipped applicator can oblige. It'll be no big deal once you win the hang of it.
i have the same problem i use regular or super they dont hurt it took me a few days to bring back the hang of it dont verbs use normals i think that u should progress with ur flow instead of the smaller obsorbenscies...
It's easier surrounded by the beginning to try the lowest absorbancy tampons first. Try them when you're at home to see how long they final then progress from there. Playtex make a tampon in regular absorbancy but beside a slim applicator.
Good luck!
they make small slim tampons for small girls that are for heavy flow you should check those out except i suggest that you just wear a small tampon to try and go and get used to but wear a pad also. use regular. cant move about wrong. tampons are great for me
Using a lower absorbancy just channel you will probably have to modify it more but that really just depends on your body... ask your mom elder sis or a friend who uses tampons to help you. I suppose higher absorbancy is better a not humiliated after you get used to them. Just experiment see which ones are better for you and you'll numeral it out. try a regular flow but wear like a pany liner newly in skin of a back up and changeover more often than 8 hours if i where on earth u try changing every 2 hours instead.
