ooo insomnia plus nouns, nice. i don't know what could be wrong with you but i hold the same problem too. the lone difference is that i can't sleep at night but i run to sleep during the day time

you should try taking meletonin. it is a hormone your body makes readily in pill form. things approaching dimmed lights trigger your body to secrete meletonin. it make you sleepy. your body probably just doesnt bury enough of it. i told someone else this too. i enjoy to take it because i can never sleep any. when i take the pill i can sleep. when i dont, i dont sleep.you can bring back it at any drug store. and it is inexpensive.
