the more you enjoy sex the loose you will be. your hymen is a tissue that tears open when you enjoy sex, so it is not possible to hold sex and keep it. Actaully the hymen doesn't other break after the first time. It may just stretch satisfactory so it doesn't break.
Why should the doc care unless you are, approaching, ten or something? Sex is a natural entity. You can break your hymen doing sports such as horse-riding too.
