Hi, Last week I had a laparoscopy surrounded by which has nought but been aching since then, whereas I really shouldn't be contained by much pain. It's be really red for the last few days so my doctor think it is now infected, she have prescribed antibiotics for me and now in attendance is all this pus coming out of it. Is this a virtuous thing or should I stir back to my doctor. It's really really sore, and I enjoy a stinging sensation. Your help please!!

Answers:    Call your doctor ASAP and agree to him/her know what's going on. If the pus has developed or worsened since starting the antibiotics, next the bacteria may be resistant to that unusual antibiotic. I had laparoscopy just this minute and two of my six port incisions became infected, and it took weeks to attain under control. In the meantime, use for a moment hydrogen peroxide to clean the infected areas a few times a light of day.
