Answers: Hi there,
"modest in number" process they are neither "increased" or "decreased" !
Haemoglobin is one value close to "Blood pressure" and "Blood glucose", which can show "diurnal variation".which means, the significance may be different within different times of the day, and varying near the technique used for testing, etc etc..
As such, the values "11.5gm%" and "12gms%" can be considered as perfect as same.
but, since you sound too much of apprehensive, why dont you enjoy a frank chat with your physician ?
For on the way the Haemoglobin , you start taking more of green leafy vegetables daily.
best wishes..
WBC: yes, 'adequate lymphatic cells' way normal.
Reference Hemoglobin 11.50 when the norm is 12: you may own a mild anemia. Did your physician comment on it? Have you lost blood lately? Menstruated?
To raise the heme: guzzle brocolli and red meats, liver, conduct a appropriate aerobic exercise program. If you prefer, take a day by day iron pill instead.
contact your family doctor i cant attain u what u say abt wbc. But to increase ur rbc enjoy more iron rich stuffs say, green leaves. b'coz haem manner iron. my personal suggestion take betroot each day with ur food.or nick iron tablets simply but not sure whether it would cause side effects.
A glowing diet containing vegetables and foods high within iron can be beneficial for Low Hemoglobin levels. Take homeopathic Alfamalt.
