In your culture, you are about typical. ( In some cultures, you would be considered average)
Maybe lose one stone or a half a stone. No more than that.
For diet, I hold a simple one
1. Eat egg whites, wheat toast and yogurt for breakfast. One piece of fruit (a pear, a small apple, a half a banana or a small banana). Tall chalice of cold water. If you hold to have coffee, okay cut 1% milk intsad of cream and artificial sweetener, if you must own a sweet taste.
2. Lunch, munch through a turkey sandwich, lettuce tomatoes on wheat. Add a really big salad. Balsamic and a spoon of olive oil for dressing. Big cup of cold water.
3. Dinner. Fish and a huge amount of steamed ( or sauteed surrounded by a little olive grease spray) vegetables, made up of greens, broccoli. Again, a salad also. Big glass of cold wet.
For exercise. The simple exercises that you can do either within a gym or at home work best.
1. Squats. Do 3 sets of 8 to start with. When that's comfortable, do 3 sets of 12.
2. Push-ups. Aim for 15 full military style if you've never done any. Build up to 25.
3.For cardio, wander at least 45 minutes to 1 hour respectively day. If that's too comfortable, try speeding up.
4. Dance. No event your age, dancing is one of the best cardio workouts. If you're youthful, try hip-hop. I did hip-hop classes for fun this past summer, and believe me, it's a strenuous work-out. Try modern, jazz, or free-style. There's a apology dancers have such amazing bodies! nsidered strong.
no u r just little over immensity You're at a healthy counterweight according to your body mass index (BMI).
The only one who can resolve the "right weight" is you. If you're not happy next to your body, you could try to change it. However, since you're not overweight, it's really up to you.
If you do agree on to lose weight, don't a moment ago diet. You won't keep the consignment off for good if you ever stop dieting. Your best bet is to start a regular exercise program that you want to keep doing. Join a soccer (football) league, call round the gym, go hiking or jog, etc. Being active is the best process to lose weight and look virtuous. Eat healthy foods beside plenty of lean protein (fish, chicken, and lean red meat), fruits, and vegetables.
Do you feel comfortable near your weight? Are you fit? Are you happy? Do you obtain some moderate exercise? Do you eat pretty very well?
Those are all question you need to ask yourself and if your answer is "yes," next I wouldn't worry too much something like being the "right freight."
We cannot tell you if you are the "right" solidity. "Right" is arbitrary, it varies beside each individual base on bone structure and genetics.
BMI, is also bunk because it proports to engineer a connection between an arbitrary number and the robustness of an individual with no good opinion for individual characteristics.
