Exercise = lighter flow?

If you exercise a lot contained by one day, will it denote your period flow will be lighter for that daylight?

Answers:    the more you excercise, the less painfull your period will be.
more excercise can make the uterus stronger and that`s why smaller and more contracted, however, i highly doubt that this can end in your period to be lighter on that same light of day.

there may be a gradual fade in the amount of flow if you excercise regularly over a term of months, but nothing horribly significant.
