Answers: Brown blood is an indication that there is something going on farther up inside your body and not toward your vagina where on earth normal discharge comes from. The brown color is indicative of the blood not anyone "fresh," but from an older discharge. You should hold it checked out by a physician to get a diagnosis.
There are tons things it could be. Don't be worried, be proactive and find out what it actually is. The doctor can run a blood assessment on it and determine it's origin.
The PMS symptoms are an indication of a calcium defect or bad calcium digestion. See a Certified Nutritional Therapist to determine your specific deficiency and to recommend a good diet that will achieve you on the road to well brought-up health. Don't bother your doctor more or less nutrition, he won't have a clue and a short time ago confuse you.
