ARE THE hot flashes (menopause) noticable? I show can you work near these hot flashes?
Answers: My mum got them and be fine she just get really hot suddenly then in a few mins was fine again never stopped her working :)
I suppose it depends on the individual. Some just flush for a few minutes, others perceive like they have need of major nouns conditioning. Ask a doctor I think it's the bst item to do sweety. Good Luck =]
