Okay well i am in the order of 5"8 140-145 pounds AND 13 YEARS OLD...i feel pretty protected about my self EXCEPT my tummy. its approaching sticks out and i dont ever wear tight shirts..which most cute shirts are tight..because it just shows and hang over my pants .i hold a picture of it down below..PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU THINK I AM FAT AND HOW TO HELP MAKE IT FLAT!

Answers:    You're definately not fat, but if you want to lose the extra cargo (I had almost equal tummy) try doing some crunches, and believe it or not, a proper push-up is great for your abs.

As for the tops, there's a style called "baby-doll tops" they're vitally what Easton described. I have alot of them, my partiality right now is from Smart Set, I also found alot at Old Navy,1850 and Hollister.

to be honest near you..i dont think you are podginess at all..but a pious idea might be wearing longer shirts..and dont wear low rise pant..wear pants that come up newly a lil over ur waist so it holds the tummy in...i hope it help...trust me u have zilch to worry around.. No,according to your picture you are not at all curvy. To get rid of the extra wieght you could to crunches.

Have you ever heard of the store call hollister?
They have a strap on most of their shirts that go right under yours boobs, and consequently is lose.
The strap enfisizes your boobs, but makes your stomach look slim. It also isn't tight, so no have need of to worry roughly that!
omg you are really not fat at adjectives, God made you that way, its cut of what makes you individual! Maybe wear higher waisted jeans that cover any muffin top, also to comfort are these panty hose-like things called Assets, they come up ancient your belly button to make everything smooth. they come within different lenghts too, but generally can be sorta expensive, but theres other the off brands (i get mine at target)! I don't really have any culture in exercise type things but my guess is that a few sit ups might be conscientious if you really want to slim down, and of corse eat athletic! as for that night time wrap treatment-if near was such a item everyone would be nice and flat-it wouldn't work even if it did exist.lol OK no your not fat, it's is in truth good for the human body to enjoy a little grease on it, it is however unhealthy to be too skinny or overweight, you are none of those, I am similar to you and I walk everyday and chomp through right, I'm fairly nourishing, and also like you I do own my ups and downs on my body but I look at it this way.
near are alot of heavier people out in that, all you enjoy to do is walk down the street and you will see 70% of the folks are bigger than you, and another thing steal no notice of those magazine and celebraties they are ether fake as they inhance their features to engender them look rediculasly prefect or put through very ill diets to make them look skinny but this make there bodys stress approach to much thet are under constant stress from the medium to look like that and this is no technique healthy.

he first thing you can do is spawn a food diary of what you ate today, yesterday, ect. and check what fast foods, sodas,coffee, ect. you've have so far,
you may be allergic to: wheat, corn, soy, yeast, milk/milk products (lactose intolerance), sucrose, fructose, aspartame, saccharin,
try drinking hot green tea not the stuff that's already brewed and inside plastic bottles-that stuff has loads of sugar, and
don't wrap your body-you're still growing.
