Answers:    I've lost 56lbs in basically over 2 months. How? I stopped a lot of sugars, completely stopped drinking soda, and upped my exersize and pursuit levels. I be 471, and when I weighed surrounded by last week, I be 415, and I'm on track to lose another 5-10 this week. I was terribly sick and completely plugged up. No, that much will take moderately a bit longer then 4 1/2 months. It depends on your substance too. You could lose quite a bit tho if you travel crazy, eat correctly and do alot of cardio every afternoon it's very seedy ! but take your time and the freight will come off !
