What is the best work out plan to loss hang around for a women/? what machines should i be using?

need to know what type of reps. or is it more consignment, and less reps how copious times a week.. and how long cardo should be

cargo training 3 days per week w/ at least 1 daytime off between immensity training days
10 minute cardio for warm up
30 minutes solidity training--less weight more reps. Keep your heart rate up between sets and machines for portly burning. you aren't doing the exercises fast, but you are doing them faster than you would for strength training. Set up an appointment for 1 or 2 sessions next to a personal trainer to see how to properly do the exercises so you are doing them correctly on your own. (I work abs, legs and arms on each of my shipment training days)

cardio: 30 minutes per day 5 days a week. do cardio workout after consignment training.

been doing this for almost 2 months and have lost almost 20 pounds and 2 inches rotten my hips & 3 inches off my waist.
I other did about 30 minutes of mass training followed by 30 minutes of cardio. I would go to the gym every hours of daylight until I was dropping serious solidity...then merely a few times a week to maintain. I would consult a personal trainer at your local gym and they can share you what would be best for you. I always used the treadmill on an incline for my cardio and would swing the speeds. Weight training causes you to burn more calories and after a perfect workout, you will continue to burn calories for the complete day. Be sure you get through healthy and drink plenty of wet. I lost 50lbs or so. And I was proud that I did it by diet and excercise.
