when im on my period i get hold of mean really suggest and moody if one little thing go wrong that i dont like i gain so mean not a hundred percent cuse out anyone i hit people an achievement like a true B.I.T.C..H i dont propose to act this bearing i just do when im sour of it im nice really nice

Answers: definitely try Midol, it amazing for extent pains even moodiness. I understand what you are going through I am such a be set to girl on my period and when I hold PMS so I take Midol or ibuprofen. also some stores enjoy strictly pills for PMS and I use these to, they also get rid of other problems similar to bloating and cramps.
Also if these don't work you could always have a word to your doctor about Birth Control.

this is called PMS pre menstrual syndrome, within are several over the counter medications for this..this is innate, but to a certain scope..make sure you are getting ample rest and eat right too..apposite luck i use midol teen and it will help next to all of your pms and everything approaching you can use it on your headaches too but use midol
