Answers: Yeah I usually get really fatigued as very well before my interval, I also start eating alot more, and draw from gassy lol.
Usually I try to drink lots of warm wet, avoid as much sugary foods as possible and just roughly watch my diet and label sure to take my iron tablets. It really boosts my enthusiasm and usually prevents the cramps.
no i dont but i always own cramps Yep. Most people do. It's cut of PMS. I don't really do anything for fatigue besides deal near it :)
i do but i dont do anything about it...usually i newly strain myself to stay awake or i will have a drink near a little bit of caffeen contained by it... I never knew ppl have it after...i always attain tierd b4...
nearly everyone gets this and anyone that dosent is intensely lucky. What you are doing at the moment sounds good but if you are wanting some other ways to make less burdensome the pain i suggest doing this :
Buy a microwavable lavender undergo thing what you do is you put it within the microwave for about 2:30 mins and next place it on your stomach it will be nice and warm and i tend to find this relieves the twinge...
Another thing you can do is hold a nice bath beside salts and tub bombs and lots of bubbles - treat yourself and pamper yourslef it will relax you and surrounded by result will relax your muscles and your muscles cause the cramp
There are some sugestions and simply remember dont let pms draw from you down because its a great way of getting your mum to buy you treats
